Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to fix it quickly and fairly.

Returns

You may return unused items within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • All tags must still be attached

  • Original packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration or change of mind.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item, return your purchase and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll resolve the issue immediately.


Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale products
